A recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o visa alinhar os testes e a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a dos nanomateriais com as medidas para os testes e a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a de produtos qu\u00edmicos, conforme descrito nos Atos do Conselho da OCDE existentes, notadamente os relativos \u00e0 aceita\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00fatua de dados na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos qu\u00edmicos (MAD). Reconhece que os sistemas reguladores existentes podem ser adaptados para cobrir nanomateriais, incluindo as provis\u00f5es e instrumentos a eles associados, para tratar de testes e avalia\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a. Portanto, a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o solicita aos aderentes que apliquem os marcos regulat\u00f3rios qu\u00edmicos internacionais e nacionais existentes e usem as ferramentas listadas no anexo para teste e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, em conjunto com as diretrizes de teste da OCDE que foram adaptadas conforme apropriado para levar em conta as propriedades espec\u00edficas de nanomateriais
